  • UPDATE: Elkhart man killed in firework accident

    Every year on the 4th of July we hold our breath and hope everyone makes it through the holiday safely, but that was not the case in Elkhart around 9:30 Sunday morning. That's when police say a 44-year old man died from blunt force trauma to the head in a fireworks-related explosion.
