The Wicker Man (2006)

Well now, what is this film doing here? This isn't some low-budget Z-movie put on limited release in the 1980s. This is a big-budget remake of a 70s classic in British horror, with Nicolas Cage in the lead role. What could possibly be so hilariously awful about a production of this magnitude? Thirteen words: Nicolas Cage punching a woman in the face while wearing a bear suit. Or, to trim that down to a more manageable four words: this movie is absurd. For what is ostensibly a horror film, there is absolutely nothing scary about the film, and frankly it probably would have made more money had it been marketed as a mad-cap comedy instead. Watch this, and you'll never look at a bee ever again without breaking out laughing. Just trust me on this.
