Temperatures will fall into the teens again tonight but it won't feel as cold as it did Sunday morning. This is due to the wind slowing down to around 5-7 mph for most of the night. Temperatures should climb into the mid 30's on Monday but when you factor in a wind from the west at 10-15 mph, it will feel colder. Here's what it should feel like hour by hour tomorrow.
Clouds will increase all day Monday and this will be the beginning signs of our next low pressure system. Snow showers could start as early as 6 PM Monday farther to the west. Snowfall chances spread throughout the state after that.
Snow is likely overnight and this is when the majority of our accumulating snow will occur. Most of the model runs this evening are pointing at 1" for most locations.
Snowfall should end by mid afternoon Tuesday. Clouds are expected to hang around the rest of the day and into the overnight hours. Wednesday will be dry as we are between weather systems, but another low pressure system will move in Thursday. This one will be different thanks to the infusion of warm air. We should mainly expect rain showers on Thursday, not snowfall.
