My mom, sister and I were taking a walk on the Mishawaka river walk on the evening of 4/5/2008 when we spotted this boat on the wrong side of the rope. The fire department was already present and ready to pounce so we just watched and hoped the boat would not go over the dam. After a few minutes of struggling, the two men finally managed to get to the other side and send the firemen a thank you wave.
