This house is located on 495 Leet Rd Niles, MI. My mom has lived in this house all of her life 63 years. My grandpa built this house and has a lot of charm and love in it. My mom starts decorating for Christmas right after Halloween. It takes her weeks to do. She decorates the Studebaker for every season, St. Patricks Day, Easter, 4th of July, Halloween and Christmas. My dad wanted to buy this car 14 years ago but did not get the chance. My husband and I purchased it from the seller without him knowing and asked the seller not to mention who or where the car went. My dad was so dissappointed when he found that out. It was a perfect gift. We gave it to them on Christmas eve and it was snowing. We had it on a car trailer with a big red bow on it. My parents have people stopping all the time and drivng by taking pictures of the house and car.
