David Snyder is on house arrest yet he seems to be enjoying himself outside today. He claims he can"t work due to his illness but seems to run a snowblower through 6 inches of snow with no difficulty at least until he spotted the camera!

I bet if he caused you as much grief as he has the people of Roseland you would have a different attitude. They were forever taking videos of people. Now its his turn!
Why are you going by his house with a camera? He got his sentence and will serve it. Get over it. Worry about yourself.
The guys that do snow removal are the ones who shot the video. Trust me I have better things to do then spy on Mutt and Jeff. PS. PEOPLE USE CELL PHONES THESE DAYS NOT CAMERAS. The point is he's on house arrest and says he can't do community service.
After I read the artical on Snyder being so physically challenged I then watched the video. I almost fell over laughing at what a moron Judge Freese must feel like after being lied to so boldly.. He should be charged with contempt!!!!!
Well, judge Freese fell for the sob story and David the Disabled got home in time to blow his driveway. Yep, judge, you got played!! My suggestion for cruel & unusual punishment: conjugal visits with Dorothy!!!

though if he is the owner of the property, would he not be doing his citizen responsibility of clearing snow from the sidewalks in front of his home as all the citizens of the area should be doing, hopefully he had on his sunglasses t protect his eye

When on house arrest a person may go outside the house to a certain distance to maintain the home. If they go beyond that point, if an ankle braclet is used it will alert the authorties and an officer will be sent.

Have any of you ever pushed a snowblower through 6" of snow. It's about as strenuous as taking a sitting on the couch and watching "Springer." If the guy was given house arrest then its his PO's and lawyer's responsibility to police him.
It appears that he is like most people, who lives off the system, having his cake and eating it too. If he went to jail, it would still be costing tax payers.. That man needs a job, mgr to report to, and return right home from work everyday.

My 83 yr old dad has a snow blower that is self propeled. Those who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones....

A lot of snow blowers are not hard to push. People need to mind their own business. And it's invading privacy recording him at his own house. You can't blam him for wanting to take care of his house first.

This tape should be allowed in court. He is CLEARLY in violation of his house arrest and his probation. What an idiot. He really does think he's above the law, Big time kudos to the person that got this on tape!!!
