Tuesday's flooding waters from the St. Joseph River, in Mishawaka rise over the south bank and creep up toward the houses on Linden Avenue.
Picnic table and trees are now surrounded by water, This happens almost every year, but luckily it so far has never reached the base of the houses. Keeping fingers crossed.
