This in my grand-daughter, Lexie's first Halloween. She was born 2 - 1/2 months premature and is not quite a year old. She had a pretty rough start in her short little life, but has not let it slow her down. Her personality shines, and she smiles with her whole being. Needless to say, she is just a little spoiled. But I do believe spoiling babies is a rule!!
